If you have completed our Basic and Intermediate Classes, you’ve learned the fundamental strikes and blocks, as well as, weapon stripping skills. This Advanced Class is your next step in your self-defense journey. We will review and expand on what was introduced in the previous classes in order to continue to build your confidence. Then, we will introduce and practice ground-work (i.e. escaping from an attacker who has you pinned to the ground). Yes, it is possible to get a 250 pound attacker off of you, even if you are only 100 lbs!

*We offer high-grade sanitizer stations in our studio  *We will provide high-grade sanitizer stations in our studio  *All equipment will be cleaned and sanitized between each session *All attendees may opt for NON-CONTACT to FULL- CONTACT, or contact to whatever extent they feel comfortable.  *All touch points will be cleaned regularly, such as entrance handles, restrooms, door knobs, sign-in points, etc.
