1.  Be aware of your surroundings at all times.
2.  Don’t allow yourself to be distracted by your cell phone.  If you must text, hold your phone up, keep your head up, and maintain vision in your 10 & 2.  (Refer to point #1.)
3.   Avoid walking alone, especially at night.  Prevention is invisible.
4.  Always let someone know where you are going and when to expect you back.
5.  Be diligent about locking doors, both dorm and car doors.
6.  Always trust your instincts. If something feels wrong, it probably is.
7.  If you are in danger of being attacked, or feel threatened, verbalize.  Avoid yelling “Help”, instead, yell “Get Back or “Back Up”.
Have a safe and healthy academic year!

Thanks for your support!

Our business relies on reviews!  Thank you for helping to spread the word about C.O.B.R.A. Defense Mentor.

Sadly, earlier this year, we ran into a glitch with Google and lost over 40 fantastic Google reviews.  If you have taken a class and could spare a few minutes of your time, we would be grateful if you could review your experience with C.O.B.R.A. Defense Mentor.

We Appreciate You!
